There
is no doubt state legislators faced difficult choices as to what
could be cut from the state budget during the past session, however,
the reason those choices were difficult was due to the fact that
elected leaders have been spending too much in recent years.
In order to be competitive, Georgia must have an innovative tax
reform plan that creates a culture of entrepreneurship and advances
free markets.
Over the last few years, there has been much
focus on tax reform, however, we cannot truly have tax reform until
we have spending
reform and
ultimately that’s why leaders in the General Assembly have
failed the taxpayers of our state. |
